Paddy has been part of the executive team within the business since 2008, serving both as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer prior to his appointment as Managing Director. He therefore knows the business well and is ideally placed to ensure Capita Customer Solutions realises its wider ambitions for service excellence and the development of the business. Paddy is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and has worked in practice and industry over the course of his career to date, with companies such as KPMG, Fortis and FEXCO. He has gained invaluable experience in areas such as finance, risk, operational service delivery and general management.

As a strategic outsourcing business leader with close to 35 years’ relevant experience, Sean is responsible for leading our business delivering professional and business processing services to our valued international life assurance clients. He is focused on the consistent delivery of outstanding business results for a range of blue chip clients including Prudential International, St James’s Place International, AXA Gulf, Zurich International, MetLife, Harcourt Life, and Hawthorn Life. In his role, Sean oversees a team responsible for business development and transformation, client management, operations, service delivery, financial and actuarial reporting, investment administration, product development and implementation, IT development, regulatory change and a full range of risk assurance functions. Sean took up his position in Capita in 2011 and is an Associate of the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers and an Associate of the Society of Investment Analysts in Ireland. Prior to this Sean held a number of senior executive positions in a number of domestic and international life assurance and pensions companies including Irish Progressive, Prudential and Mercer.

Eamonn Morris is Managing Director of Capita Integrated business solutions and joined the Capita Group in December 2010 through the acquisition of iSOFT Business Solutions, formerly McKeown Software. Eamonn has been with the business since 1985, joining as a Software Developer and has been involved in all aspects of the business both technical and commercial and played a key role in the UK market entry and subsequent development of the UK & Irish business. Eamonn was responsible for the formation of McKeown Software’s Hong Kong business in 1990, developing that business as MD prior to his return in 1996. He was appointed to the Board of McKeown Software in 1997 as Operations Director, and became Managing Director in 2001. Eamonn is a graduate of Trinity College in Dublin and is married with 4 children.

Ed has over 25 years' experience in the provision of IT services and solutions across a wide range of industry sectors. These include local and regional government, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products and professional services sectors. Prior to joining Capita Managed IT Solutions in 2005, Ed was a partner in the national IT consulting practice of Deloitte, the largest of the UK's Big Four accountancy firms. He also spent ten years in Accenture where he held a senior manager position in the UK and Ireland Consultancy practice. Ed has spent a number of years on the Management Board of Momentum, the trade body for the ICT industry in Northern Ireland and held the position of chairman for several years.
