Chief Executive Officer Capita Asset Services and Country Manager for Capita plc.

Robbie is Chief Executive Officer of Capita Asset Services and Country Manager for Capita plc and represents the Group at industry level in Ireland. He is a member of the Board of Governors of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council in Europe. Robbie currently has responsibility for the Debt solutions business, which includes commercial and specialist loan servicing capabilities (Ireland, UK and Germany) and Capita Mortgage Services. Capita Asset Services, Debt solutions manage commercial and residential real estate loans on behalf of banks and investors across Europe. This includes loan administration, asset management and default management. Robbie joined Capita in June 2009, through the acquisition of Capmark’s European Operations.

Paddy has been part of the executive team within the business since 2008, serving both as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer prior to his appointment as Managing Director. He therefore knows the business well and is ideally placed to ensure Capita Customer Solutions realises its wider ambitions for service excellence and the development of the business. Paddy is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and an associate member of the Association of Corporate Treasurers and has worked in practice and industry over the course of his career to date, with companies such as KPMG, Fortis and FEXCO. He has gained invaluable experience in areas such as finance, risk, operational service delivery and general management.

Paul is an accountant by profession with over 20 years experience in financial services. His areas of expertise include; fund administration, fund management, AIFM, UCITS, Mutual and Hedge Funds. He joined Capita in February 2006 to establish the Irish funds business. Paul heads-up both Capita Financial Administrators (Fund Administration) and Capita Financial Managers (UCITS and AIFM) in Ireland. Prior to joining Capita, Paul worked for BISYS Hedge Fund Services Ireland Limited where his final role was to manage the implementation of a new systems platform. Prior to Bisys, Paul worked for both ING Mercantile Mutual and ING Barings. Paul is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants. He is also a member of the Irish Funds Industry Association and of a number of key industry working groups.

Pat is Managing Director of Shareholder solutions in Ireland. He has extensive knowledge and experience of the business having worked in the industry for over 35 years. Pat joined Shareholder solutions as Operations Director, in 2001. Prior to that role, he was a Senior Relationship Manager at another registrar. He started his career with Bank of Ireland in 1979 and worked on his first IPO in 1981. Pat holds a degree in Business Studies from Dublin City University and is a member of The Institute of Bankers in Ireland and takes an active part in industry fora. From our office in Dublin, he oversees our provision of share registration and associated services to a range of leading Irish listed and unlisted companies, and also employee share administration for Irish, European and North American clients.

Managing Director of Capita Life and Pensions Services (Ireland) Limited (CLPSI)

As a strategic outsourcing business leader with close to 35 years’ relevant experience, Sean is responsible for leading our business delivering professional and business processing services to our valued international life assurance clients. He is focused on the consistent delivery of outstanding business results for a range of blue chip clients including Prudential International, St James’s Place International, AXA Gulf, Zurich International, MetLife, Harcourt Life, and Hawthorn Life. In his role, Sean oversees a team responsible for business development and transformation, client management, operations, service delivery, financial and actuarial reporting, investment administration, product development and implementation, IT development, regulatory change and a full range of risk assurance functions. Sean took up his position in Capita in 2011 and is an Associate of the Irish Institute of Pensions Managers and an Associate of the Society of Investment Analysts in Ireland. Prior to this Sean held a number of senior executive positions in a number of domestic and international life assurance and pensions companies including Irish Progressive, Prudential and Mercer.

Eamonn Morris is Managing Director of Capita Integrated business solutions and joined the Capita Group in December 2010 through the acquisition of iSOFT Business Solutions, formerly McKeown Software. Eamonn has been with the business since 1985, joining as a Software Developer and has been involved in all aspects of the business both technical and commercial and played a key role in the UK market entry and subsequent development of the UK & Irish business. Eamonn was responsible for the formation of McKeown Software’s Hong Kong business in 1990, developing that business as MD prior to his return in 1996. He was appointed to the Board of McKeown Software in 1997 as Operations Director, and became Managing Director in 2001. Eamonn is a graduate of Trinity College in Dublin and is married with 4 children.

Ed has over 25 years' experience in the provision of IT services and solutions across a wide range of industry sectors. These include local and regional government, manufacturing, distribution, consumer products and professional services sectors. Prior to joining Capita Managed IT Solutions in 2005, Ed was a partner in the national IT consulting practice of Deloitte, the largest of the UK's Big Four accountancy firms. He also spent ten years in Accenture where he held a senior manager position in the UK and Ireland Consultancy practice. Ed has spent a number of years on the Management Board of Momentum, the trade body for the ICT industry in Northern Ireland and held the position of chairman for several years.

Fergal is Head of Corporate solutions Ireland with Capita Asset Services. He originally joined AIB International Financial Services (AIBIFS), the outsourcing business of AIB in 1993 and was appointed Head of Business Development across all products and locations in 2006. He was acting Managing Director when AIBIFS was acquired by Capita in 2011. During the course of his career, Fergal was closely involved in establishing AIB’s operations in Hungary (2000), Switzerland (2004), Luxembourg (2005) and Capita’s New York Representative office in late 2011. He was a key player in building a strong client base from the multiple jurisdictions in which we now operate. Prior to joining AIBIFS and Capita, Fergal worked with AIB Venture Capital and Bank of Ireland in the UK. Fergal has over twenty five years experience in business development within the financial services outsourcing sector across multiple jurisdictions. He has extensive knowledge of a broad spectrum of products including; aviation leasing, asset financing, securitisation and structured finance, treasury outsourcing and corporate services. Fergal is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
