The new web-based solution features mobile technology as standard, allowing the user to submit expenses claims whenever and wherever they are. Going paperless presents many physical benefits, but also simplifies the onward process with automated workflows and approvals guiding the claim from A-Z. Limits and rules can be applied to put an end to excessive claims and a hierarchy of authorisations will reduce fraudulent/fictitious claims. 

Post code calculation for mileage claims simply requires the start and end post codes to be entered, resulting in a dramatic decrease in the number of miles claimed. HMRC compliant and scaleable to suit any organisation, Integra Expenses Management is fully interoperable with existing Accounts Payable solutions.
