We are delighted to have been shortlisted in 4 of the seventeen categories at the 2018 CCMA , Irish Customer Contact & Shared Services Awards which were announced on Saturday evening, November 10th at The Clayton Burlington Hotel, Dublin.

 Our shortlisted nominees were:
Team Leader of the Year – Mandy O’Sullivan
Best Training & Development Programme – POD
Best Sales Campaign – BGE Telesales Retention Team
Best Support Team – Lean-as-a-Service

According to Managing Director, Paddy Morrissey, their selection reflects “exemplary commitment to the business and offers an insight into the can-do attitude of all of our employees across the company.”
He added, “It was a terrific achievement to be shortlisted and I want to congratulate each and every one of our colleagues for that achievement.”

All of the awards on offer were highly sought-after and very competitive, reflected in the involvement by the well-known, international brands and organisations operating in the contact centre and shared services industry in Ireland.

We are therefore doubly delighted to have been announced outright winners in the category of ‘Support Team of the Year’, won by our Lean-as-a-Service (Laas) Team, led by Sean Dunne.

The citation for their award read:
“Their story to date reflects their impact on the business in a number of areas including; standardisation of contact centre management practices, development of a continuous improvement culture and driving cultural change by embedding new ways of working.”
In addition “The success of LaaS to this point has allowed the team to offer external consultancy services to their clients, helping to strengthen these relationships through value added offerings.”
