We partner with leading Irish telecommunications and utilities companies including Vodafone Ireland, eir and Bord Gáis Energy to provide their credit management services. More recently another client asked us to extend our existing customer care service to include a multi-lingual collections component. 

We designed and developed our own in-house system to manage end-to-end collections. The platform enables our teams to identify high-risk customers and repeat offenders; segment customers according to their payment history and other variables; place customers on an appropriate chase path; record all communications; and ultimately align our treatment of arrears with our clients’ customer care philosophies. Clients particularly appreciate our risk analytics which enable us to identify and notify problematic accounts at an early stage thereby facilitating prompt intervention by the client.

We are accredited by the Contact Centre Association (CCA) to Level 5 for call handling, are members of the Credit Services Association and have won multiple industry awards.
