Our site in Dublin houses our administration of offshore investments for several international operations and policy administration supporting protection and investment books of business. We have recently supported another of our valued clients with the launch of new product offerings in Shanghai and Singapore as part of their strategic expansion into Asia.
Our Prudential International contract operates from both our Dublin and Craigforth (Scotland) sites and handles front and back office administration for both protection (life assurance, critical illness, disability, long term care, waiver), and investment (unit-linked, with-profit, open architecture portfolio bonds) products. Over the last year we have also supported Prudential International in the rollout of their investment wrapper on-shore bonds.
When one of our clients wanted to introduce new innovative products to the UK market we worked closely with them to adapt our systems and processes to ensure that their roll out was smooth and assured. Our operational policy administration hub for the client is predominantly based at our Belfast site where we handle operations and policy administration for not just their onshore and offshore investment business but also for their core UK Domestic Pensions business.
From Dublin we also supply a range of services including actuarial and financial reporting, investment fund pricing, and IT support and development for all our clients.
